Our founder, Dr. Greg Lettman, started his chiropractic journey when he was tackled while playing football in his early 20s and he couldn’t get in his car and drive without pain and numbness. After months of seeking medical care, he was referred to a chiropractor and had amazing results, which transformed him and his perspective. He established Lettman Chiropractic Rehab in Dubuque in 2006, and we’ve had your back ever since.

I am 61and had never been to a chiropractor before about 6 weeks ago, and made the decision out of relentless pain in my hips, right knee, back, and left shoulder. I am in 4th stage breast cancer, have degenerative osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, as well as neuropathy in my hands and feet.
