Our founder, Dr. Greg Lettman, started his chiropractic journey when he was tackled while playing football in his early 20s and he couldn’t get in his car and drive without pain and numbness. After months of seeking medical care, he was referred to a chiropractor and had amazing results, which transformed him and his perspective. He established Lettman Chiropractic Rehab in Dubuque in 2006, and we’ve had your back ever since.

I’ve been going here for years on and off. For awhile I wasn’t sure if it did a whole lot for me. I went to another chiro briefly and it was very different. Expensive treatment plans with payment in advance, unnecessary scans, radically anti-western medicine, excessively religious etc. I quickly got out of that scheme. Anyway - Lettman chiropractic is none of that. I go to Dr. Lettman for his no bs approach. I usually find myself going when I am trying to address an issue. I get frequent hormonal migraines, so I was going pretty frequently last year. While it may not completely relieve me of migraines, it does treat other migraine triggers like tension in my neck. We often focus on that area. Last week my lower back was achy, I got right in and got it taken care of. He offers advice to manage pain/discomfort at home, preventative techniques, etc. I can tell he genuinely cares for his patients. Scheduling is easy and flexible. The other day I called at 8:30 and got in at 9:15. I definitely appreciate that as a busy mom. Front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. 5 years ago, after my bad experience at the other place, I was even more skeptical of chiro care. It definitely opened my eyes to see the actual good chiropractors out there. I know I rambled about that a bit but it’s relevant to my chiro care journey. It’s the no bulls*** approach that keeps me coming back.

Let me tell you, I have to alot of Chiropractors in my life, but let me tell you when I was introduced to Greg Letman I was hooked.. He had me feeling no pain no problems for a whole year.. But now things are worse for my neck & back.. I called Greg & he was more than happy to get me in again no questions asked,, I have been sick with Covid in & out of the hospital, & Greg & his staff understand when I need to reschedule which is today.. 11/4/24..
